Noble Properties Executes New Leases

Noble Properties is pleased to announce that they have executed a lease with Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in 37,000 square feet at West Colonial Oaks Shopping Center in Orlando, Florida. Ollie’s is a publicly traded company that is just opening stores in Florida.  This is the first lease that Ollie’s has executed in Florida. Noble Properties has also executed a new lease with Alignment Healthcare in 3,800 square feet in Anchor Plaza in Jacksonville, Florida; Puff N Stuff in 800 square feet at the Kissimmee Square Shopping Center; and Tech Genies in 1,500 square feet at Riverside Centre in St. Augustine.
