Noble Properties is pleased to announce that they have executed a new lease with Habitat For Humanity ReStore in 31,000 square feet and the expansion of Bailey’s Gym to replace the vacant former Food Lion box at Anchor Plaza Shopping Center located in Jacksonville Florida.
Bailey’s Gym will expand by 9,000 square feet and install a new indoor basketball court and fitness/training room to better serve their customers.
This will be Habitat For Humanity ReStore’s second location in Jacksonville. They are a home improvement retail outlet selling both new and refurbished building materials, cabinets, computers, appliances, furniture, lighting and accessories to the public at reduced prices! All materials sold are donated. Proceeds from the ReStore provide an important source of additional funding for them to build and renovate high-quality, affordable housing for Jacksonville residents.
This Habitat for Humanity ReStore is proudly owned and operated by Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville, Inc. (Habijax) to serve our mission of building homes, communities and hope. At the HabiJax ReStore, our staff and volunteers happily accept donations of new and gently used items. We sell those items to treasure hunters and bargain shoppers alike to raise money for our mission of eliminating substandard housing. The HabiJax ReStore provides a more affordable avenue for home improvement projects, all while keeping tons of perfectly good items from ending up in the landfill.
